Welcome back!
If you’re having issues syncing the web connector follow these steps in order.
- Run the “Fix Quickbooks” program on Kylie’s office desktop by right-clicking the icon and choosing “run as administrator”
- Click the following link and once the page loads, click the blue button that says “Clear Queue”. DO NOT click anything else on that page. https://floridarso.org/25384-2/
- Close the web connector (if it’s open).
- Go back to the Orders page and add the orders to the sync queue.
- Re-run the web connector.
- Check to confirm the orders are now in Quickbooks.
