If you’re having issues syncing the web connector follow these steps in order.

  1. Run the “Fix Quickbooks” program on Kylie’s office desktop by right-clicking the icon and choosing “run as administrator”
  2. Click the following link and once the page loads, click the blue button that says “Clear Queue”. DO NOT click anything else on that page.  https://floridarso.org/25384-2/
  3. Close the web connector (if it’s open).
  4. Go back to the Orders page and add the orders to the sync queue.
  5. Re-run the web connector.
  6. Check to confirm the orders are now in Quickbooks.
